Haley currently accepts Aetna, Cigna and United Health Care. If you have a different insurance plan, we are considered out of network. However, Haley offers a Superbill to our out of network clients. This allows you to receive a detailed invoice for your services, which you can then submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider regarding your out of network benefits.

Our practice is continually evolving, and we are excited to provide the option for in-person visits. Haley continues to offer telemedicine services through secure video calls. Currently in person availability might be somewhat limited but Haley will be sure to update the website and any changes in availability. If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out and Haley will be happy to provide more information.

If you have insurance coverage, the fees for our services will typically depend on your specific insurance plan. To determine your coverage and discuss the financial details, Haley work with a trusted billing company called Alma. During the consultation call, Haley will be happy to connect you with them to verify your insurance coverage and address any questions or concerns you may have. For those who do not have insurance coverage or prefer to pay out of pocket, you can discuss the fees and payment arrangements during the consultation phone call.
